Seller identity and status, business address, applicable registration, contact, publication director and hosting provider. No registration or professional status is presumed.
Terms of sale to be validated
Define personal reading rights, the characteristics of each PDF edition, final prices and taxes, MTP network fees, delivery after payment, timing, withdrawal rights for digital content, applicable warranties, support, refunds and mediation where required.
The technical flow requests acceptance of the terms and immediate supply separately. Final wording and proof of agreement must be approved before production launch.
Provide durable confirmation of the accepted terms and an appropriate receipt. Stripe can send a payment receipt; this does not automatically replace an invoice or the required contractual confirmation.
Privacy information to be completed
Data controller, legal bases, purposes, Stripe and Cloudflare providers, possible transfers, retention periods, rights and contact. The server stores the order, payment reference, consent and, for MTP, the address and hash. It stores no card details, private key or secret phrase.
Order and download cookies serve purchased access. A temporary IP-address fingerprint protects against abuse. Legal retention periods and archiving must be defined in the order process.
The website interface is in English. Original PDFs, comic artwork and videos retain their source language; translated editions are identified where available.
